Very helpful and thorough explanation of the testing procedure, the results of the test and the comparison with a previous test.

Gundersen has done great things for me.

Excellent overall visit. Only issue was how to get to the 5 floor of the main Clinic.

Everything went well. Everything that I had to deal with was, you know, she was professional. The room was nice and clean. I'm disabled. It was easy to get in and out of. They were friendly, taking me up and down the halls. It was a good experience. I learned a little bit more about my disease. So thank you very much.

I had a very short wait for my scheduled appointment. Mandy was very informative and helpful in interpreting my results.

Mandy Rutta answered all my questions regarding my hearing. Also checked my hearing aids and answered the questions I had regarding them - age, fit, etc.

Dr. Rutta was fantastic. I appreciated her willingness to hear my tale. Gratified to have the chance to get my hearing evaluated. Excellent experience.

She is a very personal person. Her explanations are on your level, not over your head. Always helpful.

It seems to take a long time to get an appointment with "any" specialist department. I have had to schedule out six weeks or more!

Such a quick, easy process for the hearing test. I was in and out in 30 minutes with all my questions answered.

I left with a better understanding of my condition and ways to research my options felt they understood my needs.

Many was very kind. In retrospect, I feel I chattered on more than absolutely necessary. I forgot that she was running late, but she listened patiently and answered my questions. I do appreciate that.

The audiology room where I was examined was newly renovated, but oddly enough there were no hooks for patients to hang up their coats!

I'm buying hearing aids at Gundersen because I like the Audiology Dept and can afford to spend 20% more on the aids. If Gundersen would please become an IN NETWORK provider with AARP UHC Medicare Supplemental Hearing Benefits it would save others and perhaps me in the future lots of $$.

She answered all my questions so that I feel very confident going to her.
