I checked in at 8am for my 815 appointment. Then I waited for over an hour to be seen. People kept coming and going... I went to the check in area to see if they forgot about me. Turns out my aunt, who shares the same last name checked in for her appointment after me.... the check in staff was confused about us having the same last name...so they canceled my check in. I almost missed my eye exam. Not a fun or professional experience.

Her demeanor is wonderful- very inviting. She seems very knowledgeable and caring and thorough. I was impressed.

I know that the provider I had was held up with another patient. I was waiting for about a half hour and then I needed to get a drink of water and went out into the hallway and that's when I found the medical secretary that checked me in and she told me the doctor was held up with the patient. I was thinking that it would be nice to have them come into the room I was waiting in after 15 minutes of waiting to tell me the doctor was held up. She was very nice and offered a cup of ice water. My experience was pleasant overall but that one suggestion I gave would have been nice.

I feel like they listen to wants you say and give you their best professional opinion and get you in the direction you need to be going. She didn't over look my concerns and took them serious and really listened....

I appreciate the time that was given to me to help meet my needs, concerns and assistance with identifying next steps and helping me get future appointments scheduled.
