Dr Metz and the staff in Nephrology are great. Dr Metz goes above and beyond to answer questions, and makes sure I have all the information I need. She is a great advocate, and makes me feel super comfortable.

Dr. Metz was very thorough in explaining my recent kidney tests. She treated me as an intelligent person even though I have no expertise in medicine. She did not talk over my head, either, which I appreciated. I felt she was giving a lot of thought as to what might be causing me to have HBP. She covered all my options. She is also very personable, with a ready laugh, which I enjoyed.

The nephrology staff is always super helpful, especially the nurse phone line. Dr Metz is great to work with. She is very responsive to patient needs and concerns.

The entire medical staff is so personable and knowledgeable. I can't say a negative thing about them. Dr.Metz makes you feel so comfortable and takes the time to listen. I have already recommended her to friends/family.
