First time I met this provider during the overall surgical process. I have complicated medical history which impacts Any surgical process. I felt heard.

Kylie was thorough, professional and efficient. I was grateful that she worked me into her schedule after inclement driving weather forced a cancellation.

I was early for my appointment and they got me in early also, weather was bad and had long drive home.

Kylie is a top notch health care provider.

It is confusing at the check in/ out desks. There are signs to the side telling what each registration was for, but we did not see those. Maybe put a sign that is visible looking straight on. It also seemed like their check in process was a little cumbersome to them. As simple as our request was, it should have been fast and easy, but it wasn't. All in all, though, everyone was courteous. .

Kylie was thorough - informative - and (also very important) pleasant - felt good about my appointment with her.

Kylie was absolutely wonderful! She even recommended a few lab tests to check my toenails for a bacteria which no one else had offered to do in the past. I am very thankful to her for her very good care and professionalism.

I was treated well and the appointment was on time and it's the first time I remember seeing her. I think I saw her once when I was still just coming out of surgery, but everything went well and yes, she was nice and treated me kindly. Thank you.

Kylie was perfect. She explained the questions I had. She was careful with her physical exam so I didn't experience anymore pain from that. She put my mind at ease because this knee replacement has been more to deal with than the first one and she talked me through that.

I got in quite soon after arriving. The provider was quick and efficient in the treatment of my foot causes, and the treatment was immediately effective and painless. She even treated one of my toe nails that had been giving me trouble. She was friendly and pleasant while she worked.

The provider did not have materials to make inserts for my shoes, although I need them every time. She took the inserts from my shoes and told me she would make me a couple of pairs the next day, but I still have not received them.

Everyone whom I interacted with was very pleasant, sincere, and well prepared to help me in any manner necessary. I was concerned that I might not reach the necessary two weeks goals, and expressed those concerns which led to a lot of encouragement and a very positive outcome. The CNP was definitely excited about my progress and lack of need for medication and addressed all of my needs and wishes with enthusiasm which has helped me, following the appointment, to work even more diligently to move forward to a very successful knee replacement.

After I left the appointment I remembered a question I forgot to ask. I called the office back, and soon after, they returned my call. It's wonderful to receive a call back on the same day.

The book with step by step guide lines is easy to follow. If you do it like it says you improve every day.

I feel that this Provider takes the time to know and understand her patients! For me, going out of her way to help me with a very stubborn wart. Said I could call for early appointment if wart does not dissipate. Very Kind!

They couldn't have been better and I love them all.

I was in and out of my appointment in a timely fashion. I have an appointment every three months to have my toes trimmed so I don't need much extra information given to me.

The provider was a woman nurse assistant and, though I was wary she would know much, I found her to be very capable and knowledgable. My bad for assuming because of her title she would not. She answered ALL my questions and I was thoroughly pleased with her!
