It was obvious that Kirby had read my medical records in depth, and she seemed to know my past history well.

I was at the wrong clinic but made it in time to LaCrosse.

She is probably one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She listened, was understanding and just exceptional.

I just just was a little bit... questioning why they had to charge so much for some information that they wanted to talk over with me and they wouldn't talk through the phone. So, anyway, that's the only thing I wanted to add.

Kirby, did a phenomenal job in explaining the reason for the visit and the results that had come back previously and going forward, what could happen, you know, the reason for additional tests. I was very pleased with my interaction with her and I think she did a phenomenal job. On the other note, I think that it would be really smart. If you guys did not request that people, take off their shoes for their height measurement. There has to be a way that you could just subtract a little bit for the base of the shoe. It is not smart in my opinion, to have people standing there with no socks on and anyway, with bare feet. Thanks so much, have a good day. Bye, bye.

I need more information about the side effects of treatment being considered in the next visit.
