KALLIE A MCGETTIGAN did a great job making me feel good and feel heard. She was even able to help me understand a question about insurance and how that appointment would be billed. Kallie was very knowledgeable and gave me all my options before suggesting anything. She also listened to EVERY concern I had about starting a new medication. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I would and have recommended her to friends and family.

Basic annual wellness exam. Went fine, no complaints.

Okay, after my appointment I still had my earache, so I don't know if we completely found out what was wrong.

The check in staff were great, Kallie was wonderful! My experience with the MA who roomed me left a lot of room for improvement, and i provided that feedback to Patient Experience. The MA made me feel like I was wasting her time, and Kallie's time. I never thought I would have to justify my reason for being there to the MA, especially since it was suggested by my PCP to see her.

Kallie is a very efficient and proficient provider. She makes me feel very comfortable during my time with her (comfortable enough to ask even uncomfortable questions about my health.) I know I can reach out with further questions after my visit if any arise, and I know she will get back to me promptly. It would be nice if I could book an appointment with her further in advance than one week prior.

Visit was to remove a tick that was embedded in my skin, so knowledge of my medical history wasn't fully necessary for treatment. Nurse and PA did review my current medications and asked about any symptoms. Both were very attentive to my care.

I was so surprised at how fast I was seen. Same day! And Kallie made US appointment before I even left her appointment. Very efficient and friendly.

For being a practitioner that we've never seen before, Kallie spoke to us like she knew us. She was warm and friendly and everyone was very patient with my daughter.

My son was taken to the exam room to answer some questions alone which was fine. But I was told someone would come get me for the rest of the exam. The PA came out only to ask if I had questions after she was done seeing my son, not for me to be any part of his care. His appt time was 0905, was taken to a room at 0920 and my son finally came out to the waiting room at 1010. In my opinion, that's far too long for a sports physical appt.

My provider was kind and explained everything to me in a way I understood. They were reassuring and also made sure I knew what to do going forward. It was a good visit.

Kallie was soo very pleasant to see. She made me feel comfortable and listened to me and my concerns. She made me very comfortable and she has a great easy going personality!

The experience was better than expected. It was refreshing that she listened to my concerns. She has a great disposition. I was completely satisfied with the outcome of the appointment. My shoulder still hurts but we are dealing with it!
