The furniture in the waiting room is disgusting. I can't believe it is in a medical facility! I almost feel like sitting on the floor would be better. I chose to not sit on the furniture provided. I have seen furniture setting by dumpsters that looked less used and dirty. You can do better.

Dr Potaracke explained well, and adjusted his plan based on how I was feeling yet also made himself available if things worsened. Thank you!

The chiropractor did a different treatment on my lower back. The impact during the adjustment was nothing but the result was good, it surprised me.

Doctor Potaracke was very professional and pleasant.He explained what my diagnosis was in understandable language, and also used an anatomical model.His treatment was explained prior to adjustment.I would definitely recommend this provider to family and friends.

Was not to pleased with the co-pay charge at the time of visit. Has always been $35 and there was no change in my insurance coverage. She charged me $50 and when I questioned it she said I need to contact my insurance. Was no help at all.

If I didn't have to drive around looking for a parking space as I saw employees parking their car and going into work, it was a good experience. I want to say that the check in staff on 2nd floor is outstanding. Check in and post appointment needs are dealt with professionally and gladly

It was a very good visit. I was very impressed the doctor remembered me from three years ago and remembered what I needed. He even remembered my wife's name. It may have been in the record. He was nice to hear him use it.

Josh ordered a couple of x-rays of my neck and then decided not to treat me but rather referred me to a different department. I felt that even if he wasn't going to adjust my neck that he could have at least addressed my back ailment. After taking time out of my day to drive the 50 miles roundtrip and spend an hour at the clinic I felt cheated not to get some sort of manipulation performed.

Gave me plenty of time I didn't feel like I was being rushed along and out the door like some other department.

As in many areas the access to appointments can be as far as two weeks for a chiropractor to months for other physicians. Big definitely is not better and where is the love.

Joshua was excellent in all regards. He's very caring, very professional and very thorough. He explain to me well, everything about my issues and did an excellent job and all regards. I highly recommend Joshua, and Henderson is fortunate to have him on their staff. I do trust him totally with my health care as a provider. Thank you.

Got relief from my pain

Dr Potaracke always is informed about my medical status and works within any limitations that I have. It's wonderful being seen by a Dr. that does his homework.

Dr. Potaracke is kind, caring, professional and easy to talk to. His treatments always work. I highly recommend him. I would suggest changing the taped phone reminder recording patients receive the day before. The pronunciation is completely incorrect and is confusing.

The lady that checked me in, DIDNT! So I waited over an hour to see my DR. She didn't do it right! Not happy !!

I am always referring Dr. P when my friends, family, co workers need to be fixed! He does such an amazing job with my back . Thank you thank you thank you!
