The check out process and people doing it are extremely slow and cumbersome. Patients have other things to do also, so please improve this area. Dr Burnet does an excellent job and I do appreciate him, buy realize we have other things to do most days and would like to see a speedier process.

Okay, well, I think that Dr. Burnet is a very excellent doctor and I always have a positive response and I would definitely recommend him to other people if they were looking for a physician. And he's really good and he's very personable too. He knows what he's doing and he also knows how to relate to people. So I like him a lot. Thank you.

Dr. Burnet is fantastic. He genuinely cares for you as a person and your entire well being. I never feel rushed when I see him, he always takes the time to listen to any concerns and provides advice/feedback.

This was a very through annual wellness visit with ample time to cover all the bases. I could not be more pleased with the visit.

Doctor Burnet is the best! His staff was pleasant and kind.

This is the first year I had to have the Medicare call prior to my physical and I inquired about having lab tests and lab tests were not ordered prior to my visit. They were ordered...did come in after my visit. But I think in the future you should make that part of the call with the patient so that lab tests can be completed before the appointment and those results discussed the physician thanks.

Dr Burnet is always making sure to get the most out of the visit--asks questions, makes sure one understands any of his answers... Very interested in ones Health... I Feel very comfortable and informed during visits...

They we're 15 to 20 minutes behind at a 10:05 appointment.

Dr. Burnet listens carefully, involves me in his thinking, is non-judgmental and is very patient - it feels like I am the one ending the appointment, and not him, if you know what I mean. I only really see him once a year, but with Mychart, and how quickly his team responds, I feel like he's there any time night or day.

Yes, everything went well and it was a great time to see what needed to be talked about and have a good day.

I wish she was a little bit more available for me and not always have to work in the hospital all the time. I would appreciate that. Thank you.
