Jess Everman is my main provider and if she isn't available, I wait. She's amazing and the best provider I've had ever, hands down. The receptionists greet me by name, the nurses as well and my visits always are very comfortable. The Waukon Clinic is the only place I will go for my medical needs. Thank You.

I absolutely love this place! From the front desk workers to the providers and everyone in between, they are the best! I can't say how much I love this place over the past 6 years I, and my family have received nothing but exceptional care here. I am so grateful I was referred here by a friend and that I have also brought any of my family members possible along with me, one decision none of us will ever regret!! Not only me, but my children are always treated like individuals too, and I appreciate that. One thing I love so much is our providers have always spoke to my kids like friends and taken the time to listen to them, even if it was a story that didn't necessarily pertain to our visit, that encourages trust and I value that in the Waukon clinic so much! I'm beyond grateful for such amazing care and support so close to home, thank you!

Was disappointed in the wait, our appointment was at 7:30 and the nurses didn't walk in until 7:45 which means we sat there for 20 minutes. If staff doesn't get to work until after the scheduled appointment time, why schedule it that early then?

J. Everman came over early for a shift from the hospital just to see my daughter who wasn't on her schedule. This was greatly appreciated she took time to come over early to get my daughter in to a schedule that was already full

they were to make me an appointment with a dr. at the hospital but no one answered the phone. I was told someone would call me at home, but no has!

I am always happy with my doctor's prompt responses to my questions in My Chart and offering suggestions.

We were seen on time and everything was explained to me so I understood. Took the time to go ahead and take a sample she found on my nose which I was not scheduled for.

Everyone at the Waukon Gundersen Clinic is wonderful! They do need more staffing at the front desk to help out though. The receptionists were very busy and working very hard to help all of the patients.

This nurse practition.....practitioner discovered my cancer 6 years ago, when I had very few symptoms. She has extended my life by several years because of her knowledge and ability. I appreciate her very much.
