Jennifer is not a medical provider but she was so kind and her demeanor is such that I feel very comfortable.

I appreciate the staff at Gundersen, very professional and congenial.

I did not feel judged or misheard. I was asked questions as well as able to ask my own and get answers to things as needed.

Jenny gave right referrals but made it clear that she could gladly get off the phone as soon as possible. I'm sure she's very good at what she does but this is a cursory first glance and goes nothing below surface words. It's not her job to find me a psychologist. It is my job to make the research work and create a goodness of fit with some unknown provider out there. Perhaps post covid we might be a little more careful to understand wants or needs. To offer group support post pandemic for the poor. To ask if exercise or swimming or cardiac care was accomplished. I'm not quite sure.... I can't quite put my finger on it but there's a distance there that is perhaps professionally entitled but not what folks may actually need on the ground. The disparate impact of the covid pandemic and separation from society is possibly more impactful to the poor than for those who have salaried positions and can count on all their needs being met. Those are a few thoughts for y'all. PRECARITY IN HOUSING ALONE HAS NEW RELIEF PROGRAMS IN MINNESOTA BUT MAYBE WISCONSIN DID NOT YET INSTITUTE THESE.

Didn't like that appointment was late and I had to do it over the phone in the waiting room.

She was amazing.

I'm not one that talks much but this visit was different it felt very easy to talk the provider.

It was an informative session with my provider.

Jennifer provide a space I felt comfortable and safe to share issues that I had been dealing with. She listed well and I felt herd. Thank you.

Jenny McHugh - and all others at Winona's Gundersen Clinic are great people. So glad to have them here.
