They did everything really well. They were very pleasant and very nice people that come.

The only thing I can think the facility could do is: better directions about parking and location of the department within the building when setting up the appointment. The building is very large.

The appt was a waste of time and money. The provider did not even lay hands on the patient or do an exam.

Her and her student were very thorough and explained everything to me. Great doctors

Dr was very good at listening too the questions we had and gave us the answers we needed. Helped us with the insulin problem we were having at Walgreens and moved prescription to Gundersen pharmacy.

The Bone Density department was not familiar with workmen's comp.

A very positive experience

This was my first appt and the care provider had a pretty good idea of my medical history. She did ask questions and obtained the information that she was needing to determine further treatment options.

Everyone was friendly , on time.

I have full confidence in Jennifer and her staff.

We had a discussion about change in medication. Jenny listened to my concerns and did it the way I preferred. I think she's an excellent care provider!

I Jennifer was very attentive, very knowledgeable, encouraging, and very thorough. She put my concerns at ease and made me feel. She was very accessible if I had any more questions.

When it was time to check out I went to the first open window, the woman at the window needed have me move to the next window down. I don't remember just how I knew, but I could tell I had caught her just as she was preparing to leave her desk, so it wasn't an issue. The issue was the person at the next window called out to her something like "Hey, I'm not even set up yet! " and then muttered something like "you can't just expect me do this." It seemed to take just 2 keystrokes to "get ready". Without any acknowledgement or greeting, I was asked if I was ready to check-out or possibly could she help me check out, but no matter, she was obviously irritated. Immature also comes to mind.

She's a first class doctor. Have a nice evening.

Dr Fassbinder is wonderful to work with. I feel good after our visit.

The entire staff was wonderful. PA Fassbinder had reviewed my medical history and scans before coming into the exam room. She was very professional and cared a lot. Very thoughtful and thorough. She has seen both of my parents who were equally very impressed with her care and knowledge. She deserves a raise. Thank you so very much.
