It is very frustrating to have to wait 15-20 minutes for the doctor to come into the room for your appointment. My scheduled appointment was around 10:30 AM and the doctor did not show up until around 11:00 AM. My waiting time in the room was longer than it took the doctor to do my exam and ask me a few questions.

Everyone was completely up front with me about everything. Everybody was very kind and considerate and compassionate in their work. They all went out of their way. They have every time I've been there. I am very happy with the Gundersen Health System and their staff.

I have many providers and have been treated by many at Gundersen. I have to say Jayne has been one of the top that I've seen thus far. Very knowledgeable, took her time, and genuinely seemed to care about me. Great "bedside" care. Thank you
