Dr Ryan has been our family doctor for over 10 years. She always takes the time to be thorough and I appreciate her expertise and guidance.

As I was laying on the table staring at the ceiling counting the tiles, I thought it would be a great idea if you put word searches on the ceiling tiles to give us something else to look at?

DR Ryan and her nurse make you feel like the really do care. I trust her with all my medical needs

It was my first visit with Dr. Ryan and she took time to go over everything with me explained everything clearly and answered all questions I had. It was an extremely good visit and I look forward to my continued care with Dr. Ryan.

The text message asking me to click "I have arrived" when entering the building was misleading. Receptionist still needed to be told I was embarrassed when receptionist told nurse I had not arrived and told me I still needed to check in at desk.

Dr. Ryan is a great physician and has a great team that works with her!

I always feel comfortable asking questions and Dr Ryan takes her time to explain and I never feel like I have to rush through anything.

I sat in the exam room for 35 minutes and Dr Ryan did not come, so I left. Very disappointed with them.

The wait in the room was a little long and that was unusual.

Dr. Ryan was outstanding. She listened and fully understood my acute issue and the chronic issues contributing. I felt good about the her plan of action when I left and after 24 hours on medication, I feel better than I have in weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan.

Dr. Ryan was very attentive to our needs. She was up to date on our son's medical records and provided a treatment plan right away. In addition, she was very cordial towards myself and our son, the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan to others.

Great, although I went to pick up a new RX and the fee was awful...was just wondering if the RX was noted for diabetes??

Was happy to be able to get xrays the same day and not have a separate appt for them.

My appointment was at 11 AM , my provider did not see me until 11:50AM. Ontop of that I felt very rushed through my appointment.

Janet has been our family doctor for 15 years and we love her so much. She always goes above and beyond for all of us. We're thankful for her compassion and knowledge.

Dr. Ryan is patient and professional. Unfortunately the appointments get backed up and I had to wait 45 min. past my appt. time. I do not blame the doctor, who is very thorough and gives each patient enough time. I think that less appointments should be scheduled each day so she doesn't get behind.

Dr RYAN is such a wonderful doctor and a BIG asset to your Gundersen Family!

Dr. Janet Ryan was very knowledgeable and attentive to my daughter and her sickness.

Waited in the appointment room for 30 minutes. Doctor was only in the room for 6 minutes. The notes in mychart did not accurately reflect what I had told the doctor. Doctor hemmed and hawed about what to do next. I had to make the decision on what to do instead of the doctor making the decision. Very tired of not being taken seriously and the doctors not listening.

Dr. Ryan always takes the time to listen to my concerns and get to know me personally. She's the best!!
