Very attuned to the needs I had and the respiratory therapist got involved as well doing a great job to point out things to do with the C-Pap

Checkin person called me "sir" three times. Perhaps she would benefit from a visit to the eye clinic.

Staff members were informed, courteous, pleasant, and helpful.

The overall sleep center experience was very enlightening and welcomed. I was impressed with overall knowledge of PA Neumeister and professionalism she exhibited.

Everything went smoothly. My provider explained everything I needed to know and I was pleased with the encounter. I have nothing but good things to say.

Parking is absolutely HORRIBLE! It's a very nice touch having a hotel, especially for families outside tfe area, but you have far exceeded the parking area needed for the other services you provide! Something has to be done.

I was given very useful advice about a new cpap for when the time comes! It was helpful and I checked out 1 of her suggestions so far. I'm grateful for such a caring provider!

Had to wait for this appointment as we're down 2 providers but have since hired 2 so should not be a problem moving forward. My nurse was very professional and enthusiastic. My doctor is very professional and seems very sincere and seems to care about me as an individual. I was into my appointment very quickly. Overall another very good experience with this department.

I'm not sure why I have to drive 1 1/2 hours for a 15 minute appointment. Wish there was a way to do a zoom or in the town I live in.

My appointment was at 8:30. I was on time, early check in. I didn't get out of my appt till 9:45. I spent more time waiting than seeing someone. I shouldn't have to wait so early in the day. Why does Gundersen overbook their employees?

I was very impressed with Erica. She is very personable and although we haven't seen each other for a couple of years, she inquired about my family and things I had mentioned back then unrelated to my sleep issues. She is a rock star!

She always asks questions on how I am doing and reviews the data with me. Erica has changed my life in regards to addressing my sleep issues. Gundersen should be honored to have Erica on staff.

Erica showed me my yearly data profile. It is so nice not taking my cpap to the clinic with my updated model! Also I called the department earlier in the morning to see if all the data was there or I needed to bring my machine and the liaison was able to tell me the data was at the clinic, that was extremely helpful also!
