Greatly appreciate what the doctor and staff have done to improve my ability to hear.

Dr. Perrone has taken good care of me for many years. She is always helpful and tries to offer solutions to any problems. Have had a few problems with the hearing aids but she has always taken care of the problem as quickly as possible.

I was extremely impressed with the knowledge she had, and the suggestions that she gave me and my wife. I was treated as a person, not just a number.

It was a great learning experience.

The staff was awesome in making time to fit me in!! I so appreciate the effort they gave.

She was very good personality and she was very informative and she wasn't in a hurry. She took her time and explained everything really good. So I really liked her. That's the first time I met her, but I really liked her.

Dr. Perrone is worth the drive to Winona, but I am glad I don't have to drive that far for routine care. I really prefer to stay with the doctor I have "trained" to care for me. She is personable and caring.

Getting hearing aids is so new to me. Meeting with and working with a Dr. who is so knowledgeable and able to cover this health issue with excitement for me to find a way to have a more meaningful life was so encouraging. I felt comfort with Dr. Diane.

She did a good job of explaining everything to me and I had heard it before. She started out talking to me like I was a normal person, but when I told her I have dementia or so I think and I don't remember anything, she went to writing everything down, diagrams, the whole bit, the way you should treat a senior if they have problems with their memory. So I give her an A plus for handling it the way any professional with a heart should.

I don't like the person that helped me at the front desk was excellent especially answering questions as far as what my status was in their system as far as my insurance and all that, I think that Dr. Perrone was an excellent person to speak with and the person who was the intern that did the tests and things did an excellent job. I think that Dr.Perrone really listen to what I was saying as far as what my concerns were. And she did spend a lot of time explain to me exactly what it is. That I needed to know. Thank you.

Yeah, I was in Dermatology and I couldn't get my medicine. It was Metizol and they got it for me. I don't have it no more. The psoriasis gone. So tell them thank you. Alright.

This involved ONLY a phone request for hearing instrument repair and that limited service has been accomplished in a very satisfactory manner.

I was surprised to find the audiologist was also a hearing aid "sales person". While I was told I could "shop" for hearing aids using my hearing test results, the focus clearly was on my purchase of the Gundersen "house brand" aids. While I intend to purchase the "Gundersen" brand of aids to gain the Dr. Perrone's professional services going forward, this "audiologist-favored brand" of aids appears to be a hearing aid industry problem in my view - separating doctoring from sales.
