Dr. Nash is so great with kids. He was able to put my daughter at ease so he could check her eyes. Very good experience overall

Thank you for getting me in promptly for pink eye diagnosis. Express Care suggested I go to the main clinic as Express care had a least a 2 hour wait. Thanks again.

Dr. Nash did not know my child's medical history, but we are in the Mayo system for primary care - so I do not feel this is something that was a negative.

Felt I was getting the best care I could get, he helped me feel at ease and comfortable. His explanation, what he felt was going on and possible solutions made me feel he had the situation well in hand.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication and accountability when it comes to your staff rescheduling appointments and not notifying the patient. This appointment was rescheduled and I only found out from the automated reminder. No one could provide any answers or provide accountability. This caused me to have to reschedule another appointment and now miss work due to your lack of communication.

Med assis. was a bit aggressive with the eye drops. Didn't give me time to warn my child and or explain what was happening. I am sure he will be scared of it for his next visit.

Dr Nash and his staff are the best. They all know me and treat me as a person instead of a number. I love how he is very accurate with his work. He was a wonderful surgeon and now I don't have double vision thanks to him. I have had two surgeries with him and I would have a third only if needed. And I would suggest him to anyone.

The nurse team for Dr Nash is SUPERB. They are SO good with my daughter - they laugh, they enjoy the visit, engage, and praise. Also for the hard stuff like drops in the eye, they don't monkey around. Just get it done as quick as possible. It's not fun, but magic water that will show unicorns?? now that's some creative stuff. The nurse team for Dr Nash deserves all the pay raises, recognition, and attention that you can give them. They are AWESOME!

I was very impressed and pleased with the amount of time Dr. Nash provided me to understand my vision issue and provide a simple solution to correct my vision. So far his suggestion has worked and I look forward to getting an updated vision prescription so that I can get my new glasses. Dr. Nash is very caring. I can not thank him enough.

If I could rate this department a 20 out of 10 I would. Our visit was absolutely amazing. They had so many tools in place to get all the information they needed. My son is very shy. He hid behind the chair or burrowed into my chest and they met him where he was. The nurse(tech?) sat right down on the floor with him and engaged him until he felt comfortable. Dr. Nash played games with him and moved with him as he moved. The waiting room was engaging and the wait felt like it went quickly. I was extremely impressed!
