The provider and all the staff were absolutely outstanding! The physical condition of the clinic was horrible! Very worn; the flooring was very scratched up in the exam room, the lighting in the waiting area has all different shades of "white". After I left the facility I just wanted to take a shower!

Since I may be needing a pacemaker later down the line and you will need to send me to UW maybe UW Madison should be seeing me now? Because that is where I had my first heart surgery.!

My wait time was exactly one hour, way too long to sit in a room alone with no music or magazines. I would have rather sat in the outside waiting.

The cardiology staff is efficient and friendly. They treat you as an individual, not as just another number. I was impressed with Dr Ludden and would definitely see him again if needed.
