Dr. Dawson and staff were exceptional. Dr. Dawson was through, friendly, concerned about my issues and treated me with respect. He went over the xrays with me answered all my questions.

Great experience. Everyone from scheduling the appt, the PSS's while checking in and out, RN helping prep for surgery and provider all were very caring. Appreciate everyone's kindness I came in contact with that day.

Appointment with Dr. Dawson was very thorough and he provided me with good medical advice for my current left foot issue. I liked the idea that he suggested the least invasive treatment at this point and then wait to see if more aggressive treatment is necessary in the future. I would highly suggest others to schedule an appointment with Dr. Dawson if they needed to be seen in Podiatry.

Everyone in the Clinic, both a doctor in the elevator that I didn't know, staff everywhere, were so happy AND they shared it wit me. I like the new digs also.

Dr Dawson communicates well and prioritizes teaching with main points for understanding issues and treatments and self care practices. Keeps teaching clear by focusing on 1) patient concerns , 2) few main points. Top- call provider. I am fortunate to be included in his patient panel.

Great as usual

Dr. Dawson is very thoughtful and listens. He treated me like a human being and answered all of my questions with care. Plus, everyone was GREAT. From the greeters welcoming me (and telling me to take care when I left with a sincere smile), the front desk checking me in, to the upbeat, cheerful, good natured nursing staff. AWEsome visit!!!!

I would have had to wait 3 months for an appointment elsewhere and got in within the week of calling. The assistant and MD were professional and competent. His treatment of injection in my foot was painless! I will definitely come back to him for future podiatry needs.

Dr. Dawson is a great doctor! He did my 2 different bunion surgeries in the past. Both feet are doing very well. My dr. I saw earlier in the month thought i had a corn on the bottom of my foot. He said it wasn't that but a plugged sweat gland and was able to remove it. I also appreciated being able to get an appointment within 2 weeks from the time of my referral.

I LOVE the artwork of feet in different places on the wall in the rooms in the Podiatry Dept in the Onalaska Clinic. MAkes us think about why we want to take care of them, so we can go there or do that! Ex: Hanging off an edge in the Grand Canyon, Toes in the Sand on a beach Looking out straight out off a huge mountain ledge. Maybe need one of looking down at their feet as they parasail over land or sea somewhere, etc! Makes the environment less sterile, more personable.

Expecting this to be a consult I was impressed by the thoroughness of this dept. beginning with greeting, staff willingness to gather info, Dr explanation of procedure and YES setting a date for surgery. RN going through info in the form of booklet, setting up ALL appointments and any financial questions. Well done Podiatry Department, each employee was knowledgeable thorough, pleasant and easy yo work with. Thank you

I have seen Dr. Dawson several times over the years and he an Gundersen have been outstanding.

The nurse that called me in the waiting area didn't come out far enough to even see me, and she couldn't see that we were getting our stuff picked up to go in. When she finally saw us, she waived her arm like we should hurry up. She didn't know how to get the wheelchair in the room without putting my feet down. She was rude and too opinionated to listen to us. Dr. Dawson was very good though.

Dr. Dawson was great and explained everything very well

I did not ask for advice about what brand of shoes that I should wear for best arch support or if I should get arch supports that I can get arch supports to fit into all of my shoes. He did however add a pad to the liner in the New Balance shoe on my left shoe to relieve pressure on the left side of my foot where a callous builds up. That seems to help to relieve pain. I will go back when I need help again.

Dr. Dawson is a very caring and compassionate provider. He listened to my questions and input, and he responded appropriately. Empathic and professional.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:10. I arrived a bit early. Pleasantly surprised to be roomed early, procedure completed and out the clinic door at 9:15.

AS always super any question's I have they are always answered I was in for Diabetic foot exam Dr Dawson was doing Exam visit, Report about exam later I read was very positive and all questions and concerns I had asked were positive. super happy on that. Thank You All

The older female MA with a green or blue streak in her hair that took me back into the room was super rushed. She also seemed to become agitated when I was explaining my issues and cut me off when I was speaking more than once. I can't say that green or blue steaks in your hair looks professional nor was her demeanor and cutting me off while I was speaking. That's really the only downside to my visit. I actually texted my wife right afterwards and told her how rude I felt the MA was.

Very friendly people. I live out of state and it was expected that not know my medical history. I did have a challenge with MyChart. It wouldn't let me fill it anything.

Thankful for friend's referral to Dr. Dawson! After a very very poor experience with another provider/department last year I was apprehensive.
