It is always good to see Dr. Short and his staff. They are happy people.

Always a long wait for the doctor. I understand how busy it is , but an hour between checking in and seeing the doctor is too much for a 5 minute appointment.

This has been the only department that has contacted me six months ahead to set up an appointment. I was able to get my bone scan and my appointment with Dr. Short on the same morning. More importantly he explained everything and asked if I had questions.

I think Dr Short is over booked. He is so polite , knowledgeable but seems pressured with his time.

I have always liked Dr. Short He;s always very good with me; and a very knowledge able and a Great Endrocrinologist.

Dr. Short has a great personality. He treats you like a person and not a number. He takes time and listens. I am very lucky because I had my surgery and Rochester and they recommended that Dr. Short be my doctor here in Lacrosse because I wanted to get closer to home. So you are very lucky to have them on your staff, and I'm very lucky to have him as my diabetic doctor. Thank you.

This visit was a complete waste of my time. Not this providers fault completely but I waited four months after an MRI to get into Endocrinology for follow up only to be told that everything was normal from their perspective. In the meantime, I still have my symptoms and now have to wait for more follow up. I feel like the test results showed everything was normal and this could have been done with a phone call four months ago. Furthermore, even though everything appears normal, Dr Short also wanted to recommend a follow up MRI in a year to make sure nothing has changed on a cyst that most likely has been present since before I was born. I am still paying for my last MRI and will not be doing another one for no reason. Dr. short could not answer my questions of why I feel like crap because it's out of his wheelhouse, so honestly, I just wasted four months of trying to figure out what is actually going on with me.

Dr Short has been my diabetes coach and advisor for a few years now. I am so grateful for his detailed explanations and complete understanding of what I am going through every day. An amazing doctor and friend!
