Wonderful experience in all departments visited yesterday. My only complaint was we spent our whole day at gundersen between different appointments so we naturally ate lunch there .. lunch yesterday was absolutely terrible, not sure if my dog would've eaten it .

Everyone was so respectful and kind.

About 1/2 hour after I'd reported to receptionist that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom closest to my MD where I had to prep for ultrasound, there was still no toilet paper.

I was so pleased with the whole experience. I was shocked. I changed part of my insurance even so I could get all of my care there. Everyone there is so nice. I really appreciate what every single person there does. Keep up the good work. I love you all.

I would highly recommend Dr. Benden! Her bedside manner is top notch, she is personal, listens, and gives information that is easily understood! I fully trust her with my care!

I love GUNDERSEN . I travel 11 hours because I trust no one but GUNDERSEN

needed better directions to which building was the appointment and which parking area to park. There are no signs on any of the buildings and even on the street corners as to which building provides what. Need better signage to point one in the right direction. found a security person who took me to where I needed to go. Most helpful. but more signage is needed.

The Pre-Adm appt before meeting with the surgeon was worthless. It was literally 2 minutes and could have been done with mychart/ the recopntisiont/the Dr. Literally a WASTE of time! Appointment with Dr. Benden was wonderful though!

She had read my chart beforehand and even talked to the pathologist to clarify results. She was on time and super knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed!

Not being a very fun appointment, the nurse that got me from the waiting room remembered me from last time I was there several months ago, and that was in the sort of crazy way comforting! She and the doctor talk to me and walked me through the procedure making it more understandable? More tolerable! And I appreciated that!

I am very pleased with Dr. Benden. I told several people already that if you want the best to go to her. I also said we need her in our hometown. She is very comfortable to talk to and listens and makes sure your answers have been answered.

My check in time was 8:15 for an 8:30 appt. I had to go up to the desk and ask what was happening because it was now 8:40. They called me in shortly after that.

My visit, with anyone I encounter, was beyond my expectations. From the start of this journey everyone one with Gundersen has been wonderful!
