Everyone at the Galesville Clinic was great and I am very happy with them. But the billing department of the Gundersen Health System on the other hand was extremely forward and insulting. I have used Gundersen for all my health needs ever since I moved to this area over 20 years ago and have always paid my bills promptly on time after services were provided to me. But this time for some reason the billing department seemed to be far more interested in getting prepaid and concerned about me not paying my bill than caring about my health. Not a way to treat a long time customer.

I very much appreciated Chris' attentiveness to my concerns, and the reassurance offered along with what to expect.

Generally, Gundersen does an okay job, but I had to wait an hour to get in and you guys charged me at the hospital when I shouldn't have been. Other than that, I think I'm pretty satisfied with you all.

Although I have seem Dr. Chris Petersen now for years. And I trust his medical judgment for my health. And my families. But, Gundersen as a whole has failed my trust! And that's about the your organization's handling of Covid. I feel Gundersen response to Covid was purely political! Yes, this is only an opinion. Again as more time passes in my mind. Gundersen's main concern will turn political and not centered on health care. The reader of this, I'm sure will not agree with my opinion. And that's fine. But my opinion is mirrored. Not only by my family. Also by many members of the my community. The damage is done maybe it can be repaired? In my mind and I'm speaking for my self. While I have little choice in providers. And we're stuck with each other? The only reason I haven't severed ties is because of Dr. Petersen. But as a provider Gundersen as fail miserably! Thank you for your time to read this. Although I know as I write this nothing will change!

Small town clinic big town service. Found a PA,Chris Petersen, I can grow old with and not see someone different every other time. A doc knows and follows his patient.

I was able to get a same day appointment and it started with the nurse returning my call within 15 minutes of leaving a message. Chris listened to my concerns, was able to get a X-ray done and put a plan in place for my problem. So thankful that we have a clinic and pharmacy in our town. Awesome staff!
