Dr. Gerhard is excellent!! She listens, respects my health care decisions and provides options for care. I highly value her expertise, her compassion and her ability to treat me with respect and compassion. She is very well informed and willing to work with me as I make decisions regarding my care over time. I am very appreciative I can get quality health care in a relaxed clinic setting. 10 stars for her.

Dr.Gerhard is a very kind and caring doctor who helps me about my health and well-being. She told me about things that could help that were extra suggestions. She appreciated that I asked about her family of four girls and she said her husband was a doctor, too. He is a pediatrician.

Provider as well as nursing staff were all very efficient and caring. Provider is extremely attentive to concerns or health issues you feel need to be checked or given information about.

The three women manning the desk totally ignored me and the gal that was in front of me. Apparently they were on the phone and/or doing something on the computer. They could have made eye contact to acknowledge our presence. I finally sat down and waited until one of them called me to check in. Very poor customer service skills.

I called the morning of needing an appt for my son and the scheduling staff was able to get us in right away. The doctor checked my son and said encouraging things to keep him happy. She even helped him find the last sticker in the exam room!

Dr Gerhard is excellent. She is thoroughly knowledgable about you recent as well as past medical history, BEFORE she comes in. She and all of the staff at LaCrescent are wonderful at their jobs/
