She was amazing and explained everything so I understood what was possibly happening. I really appreciated that.

My whole experience was a positive. All staff were helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I liked the were an upbeat group. Better to go in to surgery with that kind of atmosphere. Thank you all

Wonderful experience provided by staff.

Cardiology staff was great as usual. Had new situation with increasing Afib experiences. Information/plan was carefully discussed with staff and primarily with PA Carly Laufenberg. I felt very comfortable I was getting good direction, instructions and forward plan.

Carly was extremely knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and we discussed treatment options. She was pleasant and informative. It was a great experience.

Very impressed with Dr. Carly Laufenberg. Had clearly looked at all the background test results and documentation on my case. Asked me a lot of questions and answered my questions at an appropriate level. I have advanced scientific but non medical training. Very comfortable with the recommended treatment. Came into the appoitment very concerned and anxious about my condition but feel much better with a clear path of treatment.

Carly was extremely thorough with her explanations of my current condition and procedures that I could choose. I was impressed with her knowledge of my health history and her openness to listen to my issues about my concerns.

This was my first visit to your facility and I found everyone very helpful and kind. Absolutely loved Carly Laufenberg - she was attentive, explained my situation very well and also what tests were needed and why. Also, we thought your campus had nice signage so we could find our way around. Thank you!!

Took ekg on exam table without any paper on it. Also, no pillowcase on pillow left me uncovered without anything as she went out of the room closing the curtain only 3/4 of the way it was very very cold in the room. PA was very short with me. Would not believe anything. I told her my primary doctor told me.

Carly was very through with her evaluation of my problem and was very clear and simple to understand.

Carly did a great job. She was caring, knowledgeable and did a great job listening and explaining the health issues and options. I explained my prescription needs to the assistant but later found out one was missed and and another was sent to walmart when i had explained i needed a paper copy to send to a canadian pharmacy. This has been an on going issue with Gunderson prescription management.

I was really pleased with my appointment and all the staff. I'm just disappointed in the long wait for future appointments.

Wait time before seeing Provider was unacceptable. I realize staffing is an issue. Hopefully you are working on it.

They were all so nice , listened to all my Questions , really made me feel more Confident about my health with the answers , the great care I feel from them. Although I'm going to miss Carly she ensured me my next assistant I get will be just like her?thank you all for such great care!
