Provider wasn't open to talking about the need for more pain control prescription meds that I recommend after nasal surgery I had. He really thought that there shouldn't be the need for prescription pain meds 2 days after this surgery.

Dr Sieck is always kind, professional and caring about my ENT concerns!

After waiting for 40 minutes to get called in to see provider I went back up to desk , checked with the 2nd PL she said I wasn't marked as checked in even though I had checked in when I arrived- not sure what happened.

The two health care providers I dealt with in audiology explained my concerns clearly and thoughtfully, using vocabulary the lay person could easily understand. They listened and answered questions clearly. I appreciated that.

This was 3rd time this month i have had a nosebleed that needed to be cauterized. The ER was able to get ENT to see me right away and ENT obliged. The 4 people I encountered there were absolutely GREAT !!

Really like this doctor. He apologized for being less prepared due to an unscheduled surgery. He was direct and gave the sense of care in my medical complaint. I would definitely see him again if needs arise.

Everyone was very kind, I came from the hyperbaric chamber therapy department needing tubes in my ears and was in a lot of pain during the last part of that therapy session. They worked me in explained the procedure held my hand and were warm and very professional but caring.

As good as DR visits get

From the Registration person to the Assistant to the Doctor everyone was caring, gentle and compassionate. Such a good group of people.

Dr Sieck and his staff are awesome. I have had him for many years and if I something comes up between appointments I call and they get me in right away!!!

Registration lady wasn't very nice. Seemed bothered.

The doctor was running late. Didn't get into the office until 2:20 with a 2:00 appointment. The doctor came in around 2:30.

The doctor asked lots of questions to understand more about my son so we could figure out what to do. We just thought something more would have been done but thats ok.

My audiology appt went well and they were super friendly. For my otolaryngology appointment I felt like I wasn't taken serious. First no one checked me in for my second appt even though I was checked in for my first and out back in the waiting room. I sat and waited for over 30 minutes. Once seen it was like she couldn't get me out of there fast enough. I have been in severe pain for over a year. I am losing sleep over it, Constant headaches, my ears are always clugged, and itchy. I wish I was taken more seriously. I was given no real information on a healing process. I felt as if no one is taking me seriously.

The staff was friendly/professional very much appreciated the quality care!

The attire (button down flannel) of the provider had me wondering if she was a provider or a random person coming to go over medical Hx. Very unprofessional. Also. If you're not seeing the provider the appt was scheduled with at all (Dr. Sieck) but rather the NP it would be nice to know that. I kept waiting for the MD to come and then the appt was over. My check in experience was great. Listening to the person next to me I was relieved I got the "right person". Glad we don't have to come back to this department.

This was my first visit with Dr. Sieck, and I was very pleased that he knew of my ear problems and understood what was going on. He gently removed a bunch a "gunk" from my right ear-and put me on the path of recovery for my left one. Most of all Dr, Sieck listened respectfully about my ear problems of the past and offered me hope. I am very thankful.

Dr Sieck and his associate are very personable and Gundersen should be very proud to have them on the staff. They not only treat my condition but also know our family and our interests

He is very thorough and has a great "bedside manner ".

Dr. Brian Sieck is a caring, compassionate physician who devotes himself to his patients. I'm so fortunate to be under his care.

I appreciate providers who are taking the time to listen to my concerns and are willing to take the time to answer my questions respectfully. A provider needs to understand that my questions are not a sign of me being belligerent but rather me trying to understand my health and my options for better health. Dr. Sieck appeared to be in a hurry and appeared bothered by my questions.

Dr Sieck was vary informative and is a good natured person He also kept me well informed on what he was going to do as well as saying I will be back in a few minutes

He has a good bedside manner.

But good things to say about you, and I do have a bone to pick with the billing department because it showed that he wasn't in Network for my insurance which team so I think you guys need to update your Billing System so that it actually shows that people like me who are insured do not have to pay $150 for each visit.

This was the first time I saw this particular provider and his resident assistant and I was very impressed with their knowledge, skill and professionalism. I will definitely go back if I have any further questions.

The whole team is so caring. Even though they have patients coming out their ears they focus only on you when with them. I love my team.

Only question is i was referred for MRI and was told the receptionist would help schedule that and then the receptionist said i would get a phone call from Tomah health within a couple days to schedule and have not heard anything.

I always feel welcome when i have a appt in this section with doctor s.

Dr. Sieck is simply the best. He listened attentively and connected with my personally to answer all my questions about my condition and to understand what my specific goals were. I have already recommended him to 3 family members and we all agree he is one of the shining stars that provides care in the Gundersen Medical System.

The two medical professionals with whom I dealt were extremely knowledgeable, providing me with detailed information. They answered all my questions and wanted to be sure they did so satisfactorily.

They were great appointments. The first one was on time and the second one was early. They both answered my questions and gave me good information

We waited an hour past our appointment time and then didn't even see the doctor. Saw his PA. She did not explain things in an easy way to understand and did not give an advise. Left decisions up to us without recommending the best option

As a retired dental hygienist, I really appreciated how the Doctor treated his support staff with respect and patience. They just had moved into the space and some items were not in the usual places. Loved how low key and patient he is. First time in a long time I've felt I wasn't just a procedure to be checked off.

When a person waits months to get in to see a doctor and they don't see that doctor. What's the sense of having the appointment?

Very efficient and courteous service. Solved my issue quickly and professionally.

I wasn't able to see Dr Sieck but saw his PA instead. She was absolutely wonderful and very good at what she does.
