My provider gave me a very good explanation for why I should have new prescription lenses for my glasses. I was called back to a room at just the time I expected. The associate was quite adept at checking my eyes for various issues.

With past appointments in different departments the level of care for me and for my health has been wonderful, this appointment I didn't feel like was that way. I left not knowing what to do, and that I wasn't heard or my questions were listened to. I felt like I was just a number, just another appointment, and that I should go to someone else for all future appointments. I was recommended by friends/family to go to this provider but would not go want to go back or recommend to anyone else.

Both of the men who helped my son did a great job! My son is pretty talkative and rather than being annoyed, they engaged with him and acted like he wasn't a bother, which I really appreciated. They aren't his typical eye doctor people, but they took time to review his history and were prepared. They were really great and helpful!

Dr. Collins was very thorough in addressing all of my eye care needs and in assisting me with choosing the best products to manage my dry eye problem.

Everyone is really nice. The provider is super friendly and fun to see. He's not some boring guy who comes in and just does his work. He's talkative, personable and nice. The rest of the staff were great too.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Collins. I like him very much. He really took his time with me and really explained everything to me. I would recommend him.

I had to wait 45 minutes to see the dr after the technician saw me. They gave me the wrong prescription for my glasses. If I wouldn't have asked questions when getting my new prescription it would have been wrong. Then I had to wait another 1/2 hr for them to fax over the correct prescription.

Dr Collins was very knowledgeable, understanding , professional. I have some eye issues and he answered all my questions in a way that was totally understandable to me. He gave me some suggestions to try and explained the next steps that could be taken. I was very impressed with this young man.

Dr. Collins is a very well rounded and knowledgeable doctor. He listened to everything I had to say or any concerns I might have had. Dr Collins made sure I was comfortable with the plan before ending the visit.

Dr. Collins is so easy to work with. He's enthusiastic about his job and seems to genuinely enjoy people.

My visit first with the technician was perfect. I am not good at holding my eyes open for drops. She did not miss a beat!! I became anxious and she talked me through it. What a wonderful professional!!! Thank you!!

Everyone was great, however one word spoken works resonates with me, the doctor checked for double vision, he said my eyes were telling him it wasn't happening, when in fact it is.. it is much lesser than it was, but never the less, to be dismissed was a slit second fury.... God bless him.....

The aide told me to leave my items in the exam room....which I did thinking I would be right back....(I needed to have a photo taken of my eyes.) Then I was gone for about 1/2 hr....she should suggest that ladies take their purse, phone, etc with them.

While it is nice to have automatic screen check-in, the person behind the desk never acknowledged or greeted me when I came in. Just don't want to lose the personal aspect of visits. To her credit, she did say goodbye when I left.

Dr. Collins is the first eye doctor that has dug into my history of ongoing vision issues , found a likely cause of them. He literally went back into my records 15 years to pinpoint when my problems started , how no improvement has been made in my vision despite dozens of prescription updates to eyeglasses. His thoroughness amazed me , I am grateful to be assured that I haven't been imagining my difficulty all this time. He is an outstanding provider.

Dr. Collins saw me within 1 day of my calling Optometry. He educated me re: the 'floaters' in my eye, did a thorough exam and reviewed pictures taken of my eyes. This was an excellent care experience and enjoyed Dr. Collins' humor as well.

This appointment took longer than normal. I sat in the technician room for 10-15 min. And another 10 minutes waiting for the doctor.

Dr Collins has a good bedside manner. he went out of his way to address a medical concern. I will continue to follow with him.

I have seen two other providers because my insurance changed, and Dr. Collins was no longer covered. I came back to Dr. Collins I would rather pay out of my pocket to see him then see another provider. I trust him with my eyesight 100% and did not have that kind of confidence in anyone else that I have seen since or before him And I have had glasses since I was in second grade

I have always been treated with much kindness and respect at Gundersen. Dr. Collins was no different. He gave me all my options and explained them well. He also was very patient with my hearing loss and showed me kindness with my necessity to have him repeat the information. I will always continue to be treated at Gundersen as I always feel like my needs come first.

Gunderson schedules to many people for a given time. People are rushing around trying to get their jobs complete. Dr. Collins as alway was very good. The woman dilating me eyes was personable and knowledgeable. The two times waiting was long.

Experience was very nice. My son and I came in early for our appointment. We were seen right away for our exams. We did waited long for the doctor. I believe it was 30 or 45 minutes pass our schedule time. Not sure if this is normal or just this time around?
