Came in as a walk-in. Took a look at my eyes and knew exactly what the issues was. Gave me different drops that helped instantly.

I was seen on time for my appointment. In my opinion this is very important.No one wants to wait and wait to be seen by a provider.

Friendly and Professional

All was great

It would've been nice to have been told that I had green dye from one of the procedures on my face, so that I was prepared and not so shocked when I saw my reflection in the car's rearview mirror when I left. (I had other appointments I had to attend to that day, and was not prepared for that...)

I was nervous going in for an appointment when I havent been in so long, I left feeling well cared for and listened to.

Dr. Darveaux is very professional but personable. She is very caring, knowledgeable and shares the information the patient needs, plus asks questions making sure you understand. Gundersen is privileged to have her on staff.

Dr. Darveaux was very kind and did a wonderful job of explaining everything.

I appreciated how each step of my eye exam was explained to me.

Dr. Darveaux is absolutely amazing - she's the best. My daughter struggles with anxiety, especially with appointments, but she experienced immediate comfort with Dr. Darveaux. I established care with her as well after how kind and knowledgeable she was through a potentially scary situation with our son a few years ago (turned out fine, but we were impressed with Dr. Darveaux's thorough approach and excellent ability to connect with her patients). I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone!

Overall, this was a good experience. However, my one observation was the amount of time I had to wait in the room between the initial person and the doctor. It was longer than anticipated.

Even though there is not a diagnosis why I got this hemorrhage in my eye the Dr. did a great job describing sometimes you just have to rule out all the reasons what can cause it and go from there.

I always feel as though I just had the best eye exam I could have! Very reassuring!!

It was a nice appointment. I was listened to and my questions were answered. The provider did not leave until all of my questions were answered.

I LOVE Gundersen Lutheran!! Receptionists, Lab Techs, Nurses, EVERY PERSON in EVERY AREA does an AMAZING job at being FRIENDLY, PATIENT, KIND, ATTENTIVE, HELPFUL and PROFESSIONAL!!!! The ONLY negative and condescending people I've had are an Orthopedic Surgeon and his PA.

I was a walk in and they were really good about fitting me in to be seen. It took a while to be looked at but understood that because I didn't have an appointment and was fitted in.

This doctor is amazing!! She has excellent bedside manner, is knowledgeable, listens, and treats you individually as a person-you don't feel like just another patient. Dr. Darveaux is the best and I would highly recommend her!

Won't go anywhere for care!

The staff were very good but they seemed to be under pressure related to time. I don't know if they are able to spend enough time with the patients. Seems like there may be a quota issue.

I wish they had more technical equipment so I wouldn't have to have my eyes dilated. I hate the blurry vision that lasts for quite a while.

They were prompt in meeting with me at my appointment time. Angela was caring and professional. I felt like my eye care was in good hands.

I find Dr Darveaux very helpful both in educating me on what is happening with my eye and brainstorming on possible solutions. She was very familiar with my medical chart and the visits I had with other physicians following my cataract surgery. I really appreciated her time and also her ideas for better vision.

Yes Dr. Darveaux treated me thoroughly. And I was so delighted to get in to see her because I was a walking because I had an eye infection and she was just excellent. And I'm just so pleased with my care that she provided for me.

I'm so impressed with the doctor. It's obvious to me that she treats the "whole " patient, and I so appreciate that. She's just very good at what she does.

The experience with this provider went well. However, it was a reschedule after another provider canceled. I had three appointments schedule with another provider within the span of nine days. All three appointments were cancelled and needed rescheduled. I understand that things happen. But it was frustrating for me because they were initially scheduled on school days off and back to back appointment times. The rescheduled appointments could not be placed back to back due to last minute scheduling and also caused me to have to pull both children from school.
