After the initial screening by the tech, I waited 25 minutes with no word from any clinic staff as to the delay. I called the front desk and moments later a tech popped into the room to advise he was running behind/had a full afternoon. Courtesy would suggest it being more patient-focused , considerate to let a patient know ahead of time that the wait may be unusually lengthy so they don't wonder.

Very happy Gundersen finally dropped the mask mandate ...... way overdue on dropping it ..... probably last in the state! I can see it being optional for those that want it but very rediculous when other Viroqua clinic and hospital had dropped their mandate and cdc had it optional months ago
