Having check in staff start at 8 for an 8 o'clock appt isn't encouraging patients to come early. Went to the desk twice to try to check in as she sat down with her coffee and chatted with peers.

All concerned people were very courteous and helpful!!!

After having some disturbing eye symptoms, I was given a same day appointment with Dr. Atherton. She did a detailed exam and record review, and was very assuring with her diagnosis. Very happy with service and care.

This is a 5 Star operation/team. Not perfect but what is? Some questions are difficult to answer because I do not observe how other patients are treated. Assume all are 5 Stars but... Can not think of any negativity in my visit (maybe the snowstorm).

The glasses I've been wearing the last couple of years have prism in the the new prescription did not so after talking to the previous place I got my prescription from I had to return to GUNDERSEN to have it changed. Family Optical gave a more thorough exam. I will go to them from now on.

There was no one at the VISION ONLY reception desk, and I waited for 10 minutes. Someone from the vision office came out after I stood 5 minutes, and she said the receptionist may have went to use the restroom. Five minutes later, the same person came back out and asked if I had been helped which I responded with a no. She then asked one of the other receptionists to help me which they did. It seems none of them knew where the VISION ONLY receptionist was. Dr. Amy Atherton is amazing. I have been seeing her for about 8 years. She is very good at what she does and very thorough.

I have had my yearly appointment with Dr Atherton for several years. She has always been very professional. This year because my cataracts are growing I had lots of questions about what this means for the future. She explained the prospect and process of future cataracts removal in a way I could fully understand. She absolutely left it up to me to determine when I should seriously consider having them removed. She answered all my questions fully.

This provider was great. I love how they were with my kids during this visit. They made it go smoothly and made it a fun environment. At the end, we were given educational info on both vision overall, and the eye exam. It was a great experience!

Something changed with your insurance/billing practice since earlier this year. I am now receiving notifications that my visits will cost XX amount of dollars even though I have insurance with a $15 co-pay. I don't know if it is a change with my insurance or your billing. If it is your practice which has changed, I hope you can do better with this. I assume it is because my insurance is from an out-of-state provider but it still falls under a major carrier (BC/BS). Thank you.

I was very please with the service's that l recieved from everyone. I even said that I was relocating, and l was giving information on how l can get my medical records if l needed them.
