The nurse was rude and did not listen to my concerns. I do not want her as the nurse ever again. Amber my doctor is always a rock star!!!! She knows her stuff and always gives her best.

I think it is a waste of time for a yearly check up. If I ask a question, it may or may not be considered part of this appointment. If it's not a part of this appointment I get an extra charge without even knowing. I don't think I will be back for a "routine physical" again. It's a waste of my time and money.

I've had quite a few providers over the years at Gundersen due to staff relocating elsewhere. My last provider left Gundersen in Tomah and I wasn't happy with the doctors I saw after that. I called Gundersen in Sparta and the person I spoke to recommended PA Amber Oshan. I was told that she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I've had two appointments with her so far and have been very happy with the care that I have received. She listens closely to my concerns and works with me to get the best care that I'm comfortable with. I hope that Amber Oshan doesn't relocate any time soon.

The nurse was completely rude. She told my son that he was not brave because he had two nurses give him the shots.
