Perfection ?

Only that I felt like the new gal doing her rotation at the clinic was rushing through my eye exam. Otherwise she was very nice.

We need to save money on our glasses so we go to Sam's club to get them (which we TOTALLY save money there, my wife had breast cancer etc and we are dealing with this. appointment, treatments surgery cost alot of $$ so saving money for us is a MUST) when we got to sams club they said the law needs our address on the eye prescription and they would need to call Gunderson in Prairie du Chein and get that faxed over to them. We waited and waited and waited like hours for this to happen. The eye clinic finally told them that they refuse to send them a copy of our prescription with our address,, THEY REFUSED ... I found this frustrating and really discourteous. It may be possible we switch locations or even eye clinics after this. we haven decided yet but its very possible. Truly it would of only taken a person 2 min to write our address on the prescription and fax it over.

I arrived just prior to my appointment and there was very little wait time before I was taken to the exam room. Everyone was courteous and helpful. They listened to my concerns and made sure all my questions were answered.

The student working with Dr.Burbach was very knowledgeable and probably did the most thorough examination I have ever had. Dr.Burbach also does a great job!

Dr. Burbach is wonderful! She had taken the time prior to my son's appointment to review previous ophthalmology notes and was she was knowledgeable of my child's vision history. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain recommendations and treatment. I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone! She is fantastic!

Dr. Allison and her staff are always kind and friendly. They never rush through an appointment and make you feel comfortable and welcome. You never feel you are being rushed through the system.

Dr.Burbach is a very good provider. She's serious about her job,yet she talks about stuff that has nothing to do with eyes. That's a huge plus with me. The nurse which I didn't get her name was an absolute blast to talk with! I could go there every day just to spend time with her! She made my visit the best visit I have ever had there! You should give her a raise without a doubt!

Dr. Burbach is pleasant and though. She remembers my situation and I scheduled a follow up appointment.

Well, we, I am from post fill and we got caught in a detour coming to Prairie, and we were a few minutes late and the lady at the desk said, she wrote a letter that, a no show letter to us. And we were only, we weren't more than 5 minutes late and it was impossible to get there, and we had to come.. she had them.. she made an appointment for us to come back in about a month and that really upset, our Apple card.

I guess I was surprised to see that the assistant did the majority of the examine. My former eye Dr. did the entire examine. The assistant did a thorough examine and was very good. The Dr. Came in and looked once at my eyes and asked if I had any questions. I hope the assistant is paid well.
