I'm actually am a mayo person. I knew Dr. Butler when he worked for them. Am absolutely thrilled I could get a referral to come and see him because I trust him with my care.Thank you so much for allowing this.

I am thankful that Dr. Butler was my surgeon for knee replacement surgery and that he took time to show me before and after images of my knee, explaining things helpfully.

Dr Butler was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure in a way that I could understand. He took the time to explain the procedure and treated me in very caring and compassionate manner. I can tell he really cares about his patients and puts their needs above anything else. That gives me great comfort knowing that his patients care, and well-being come first.

Dr. Butler and his staff seem to be very knowledgeable and efficient.

Before I had my appointment I arrived up stairs and didn't know where To go the receptionist I asked her and she was on the phone and said over there so I started walking over there and it said only personal so I was confused were to go so I just sat down and waited she never said anything to me because she was on the phone again didn't think she was on the phone with a patient she is the only one that I seem to have problems with everyone in Dr Butler's office was great that's why I drive an hour to go to him I like that I feel very comfortable with him and everyone there.

Everything went very quickly.

Parking and convenience of clinic is great.

the appointment itself was great. The followup to schedule my MRI was disappointing. I can't use my arm at all, but I can't get in for an MRI for 3 weeks. I can't move on to the next step in dealing with my pain until that happens.

I have been a patient of the Gundersen system for many years and trust them for my health care.

Dr Butler Is the best. I've known him for years and he hasn't changed a bit the warmest and caring surgeon out there. The imaging staff was awesome and very courteous. Everyone met me with a smile and a great attitude. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Butler, in discussing my health issue, provided more in-depth information about my knee issues than I ever got from other medical people at a different facility. He is a very down-to-earth person with an easy-going mannerism. I trusted all his insights on my condition.

The MA that roomed me did not introduce herself. She was very pleasant and did her job well, but she could of been the cleaning person.

My arrival time was 11:00. I wasn't brought back until 11:30 and saw the doctor at 11:38. Not sure why. But Dr. Butler is awesome. He answered all my questions and explained everything very well. I had a tough decision to make and he made it easy.

Dr Butler was an excellent doctor. I interviewed three surgeons, and he came out on top. He was highly rated by a PT who saw many of his patients post surgery. He took good care of me and my needs. That is as good as it gets in my opinion.

Dr. Butler gives you your options but leaves the decision up to you.

I also had an x-ray and the technician was fabulous. I just wish I could remember his name.
