ExpressCare Clinics are staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants supported by Gundersen family physicians. Our providers assess and treat common medical conditions, provide patient education and write prescriptions when necessary. If your condition cannot be treated by the ExpressCare provider, you will be transitioned to a more appropriate medical setting, with no charge for your ExpressCare visit.
Gundersen patient visits are documented in the patient’s electronic medical record. ExpressCare is not meant to replace the relationship with your primary care provider.
