Dr. Lofgren brings his years of medical experience to the Gundersen Boscobel Clinic until September when Colleen McCurry, MD, joins Gundersen Boscobel.

"Rural healthcare is about people, and the interactions physicians have with their patients are important," Dr. Lofgren says. "The people in Boscobel are friendly and authentic, and I approach the care I provide with the same care I've found in this community."

Dr. Lofgren has been a physician since 1981 and most recently cared for patients at Gundersen Tri-County Hospital and Clinics.

Dr. Fast retired in April after 39 years of practice. He plans to stay in Boscobel in his retirement and remain active in the community. There will be an open house on Tuesday, May 23 from 5-7 p.m. at the River Inn to honor Dr. Fast's years of service. The community is welcome and invited to attend.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Lofgren, call GBAHC at (608) 375-4144 or visit gundersenhealth.org/boscobel.
