Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics is looking for a Regional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide both operational and programmatic support to the organization. The CFO will supervise the finance units of general accounting and revenue cycle and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. The CFO reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and directly assists the organization on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to finance management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting and capital needs for growth and scale of the company. The CFO is also responsible for developing and reporting on metrics tied to that strategy and the ongoing development and monitoring of financial control systems designed to manage assets and report accurate financial results. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 10 years of experience in Accounting, including 3 years in managerial experience required.

This is a well-established group of Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, as well as a number of specialists who provide outreach services.
Responsibilities include providing acute, chronic and preventative care to a service population of approximately 10,000.
