Exercise Physiologist

Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics has an immediate opening for a full-time (72 hours bi-weekly with full benefits) Clinical Exercise Physiologist with our multidisciplinary team of professionals in our Cardiopulmonary Services Department. This position is responsible for the coordination and daily operations of the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation outpatient programming and will coordinate all aspects of the rehabilitative process for patients involved in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. He/she will work collaboratively with Nursing, Respiratory and provider staff to perform cardiopulmonary services and promote wellness in the community by assisting with outreach education, fitness and healthy lifestyle programming. In addition, this individual should have the ability to cross-train and learn a multitude of patient care services to enhance professional growth. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology or related field with emphasis in cardiovascular rehabilitation. Certifications required include CPR and ACLS. ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiology certification is also required.

Operating Room Technician

Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics has an immediate opening for a part-time (64 hours bi-weekly with full benefits) Operating Room Technician in our Cardiopulmonary Surgery Department. Qualified applicants for this position must have completed formalized OR technician training or have equivalent experience. We will also consider RN's interested in training to become an Operating Room Technician.

Physical Therapist - NEW POSITION!

Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics has an immediate opening for a full-time (80 hours bi-weekly with full benefits and tuition reimbursement) Physical Therapist in our Rehab Services Department. In this position, there is a diverse caseload, including inpatient, home health, outpatient and schools. Minimum requirements for this position require a Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy and licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Wisconsin.

Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics (GBAHC) is a full-service medical facility located in Southwestern Wisconsin. We provide in-patient, out-patient and 24-hour emergency services at our 25-bed acute-care facility. Additional services are provided through our three clinics, a walk-in care operation and a specialty services clinic.

Respiratory Therapist

Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics has an immediate opening for a part-time (64 hours bi-weekly with full benefits) Respiratory Therapist in our Cardiopulmonary Services Department. This position will involve performing a variety of skilled respiratory care in inpatient and ER setting, along with working in cardiopulmonary diagnostic outpatient areas as well. Must have an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program. Current State of Wisconsin license or Respiratory Care Practitioner required. Registered Respiratory Therapist is preferred. Required certifications include CPR, ACLS and PALS. Preferred experience in respiratory care with a basic understanding of cardiac rhythms. Previous experience in stress testing, ECG and/or Pulmonary Function testing.

Family Medicine Physician

Gundersen Health System, based in La Crosse, Wis., is seeking a talented BC/BE Family Medicine Physician (no OB required) to join our team in Boscobel, Wisconsin. This is a well-established group of Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, as well as a number of specialists who provide outreach services.

Responsibilities include providing acute, chronic and preventative care to a service population of approximately 10,000.
