Support group available for anyone looking to quit tobacco use
Gundersen Lutheran offers a monthly support group for people who are looking to quit tobacco use and for preventing relapses. A different health and wellness topic is offered each month. The group meets the first Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the Mooney Education Room, 1st floor of the Gundersen Lutheran Clinic in La Crosse. This program is free and no registration required. Upcoming sessions include:
- Feb. 6 – “Living as a Non-smoker/Non-tobacco User – A New Habit!”
- March 6 – “Learning to Manage Stress”
- April 3 – “Benefits of Quitting: Better Health, More Money”
- May 1 – “Managing Triggers and Urges”
