Additional troubleshooting tips:
- Check the system requirements. Also, make sure you have the updated version of Flash player.
- Make sure you are on a Broadband connection.
- Run the test video prior to the live event.
- Make sure nothing else is running on your computer while streaming. Streaming uses a lot of your computer resources and other Flash applications and programs will compete for the computer's resources and slow down your computer and interfere with the live stream.
- If you receive a white box where the video should be with no player, your organization may be blocking streaming video. Check with your IS department.
- If your video stops. Hit the refresh button on your internet browser.
